About me
I am a learning & development expert, language teacher for german, english and french,
pain therapist by the Liebscher & Bracht method as well as a yoga and meditation instructor.
My passion is to unfold potential - either during the pain therapy with patients, in language classes with students or in learning or talent- and leadership trainings with future talents.
With 30 years professional experience in learning & development I gained vast experience from onboarding programmes, assessments, learning initiatives and sustainable training modules to talent- and leadership development and implementation.
I am a natural networker, international, adaptive, a teamplayer, always positive and I leave a long lasting impression thanks to my authentic and inspiring nature. I have a flair for all types of training, love the exchange with participants and am a continuous learner. I lived in Asia for 17 years which widened my horizons as well as my intercultural experience.

Advise, conceptualize, implement and lead talent- and leadership trainings across all levels incl. overall program management with content responsibility. Facilitated, designed and implemented onboarding training for career starters on a regular basis. Acted as Wellbeing Champion to support the global wellbeing strategy, driving mindset and behavioral shifts to promote a healthy culture, and also implementing initiatives to support the health of employees through blended learning.
